Slurry Transmitting Pump

6XD slurry transmitting pump is one of the most important manufacturing equipments in the detergent manufacture plant. It can be used to transmit detergent slurry to the spray drying tower.  6XD slurry transmitting pump has been CE certified.

6XD slurry transmitting pumps are 6 cylinder reciprocating piston pumps in a horizontal layout. They are driven by a hardened cylinder gear reducer with high load-bearing capacity via a variable-frequency electrical motor, which is regulated by a frequency converter. The gear reducer driven by the motor rotates the crankshaft that moves the link rods in horizontal direction. The link rods push and pull the plungers that generate high pressure applying to the media inside the pump. With a feedback mechanism, a control unit (provided by the user) automatically adjusts the operating pressure to a preset range by changing the electrical motor speed. The pressure feedback is provided by a pressure sensor (provided by the user) located at the exhaustion pipe.
